The compressed archive includes 16 kml files, each one representing different kind of data (Land use, Natura Areas, Vessel's position e.t.c.)
By double-clicking each kml file, Google Earth Free app opens automaticaly and displays the data.
Especially for near-real-time data (Vessel's position, AIS-HubNET.kml), a 'refresh' rate should be selected, in order for GE to 'request' the updated vessel's position. This can be adjusted in the vessel's position kml file properies (right click --> Properties --> Refresh), where the refresh rate shoud be set to one minute.
